A lash lift curls your natural lashes from the base using a silicone shield, so straight lashes are redirected upward and open the eye. Adding tint darkens them, which for anyone with fair lash tips is the difference between a subtle change and looking like you're wearing mascara without wearing any.
It lasts six to eight weeks — the full growth cycle of the lash — and unlike extensions there's no infill schedule, no adhesive, and nothing to damage the natural lash. You lie down with your eyes closed for most of it.
